Let It Z/Simmer at Artist Day in collaboration with WPZimmer 2024

During the Artist Day, art organizations from Antwerp will openly share their programs and initiatives aimed at supporting artistic practices. WPzimmer hosts two informal gatherings each year to unite everyone involved in the Antwerp art scene, regardless of their artistic background. The Artist Day is designed to assist artists and art workers in navigating the field and fostering new connections.

I have invited to organise in Let It Z/Simmer, an artistic aftercare and relaxation session at Artist Day. In Let It Z/Simmer, I guide participants through a sensorial exploration centered on the theme of continuous giving and receiving. The session begins with a gentle warm-up and progress into an embodied conversation that includes both verbal and non-verbal interactions.
